What is HEVI?

HEVI is a non-exclusive utility. Switzerland, not a flag. We work alongside labels, distributors, and banks. We love the banks. We do not compete with them for the relationship you already have.

Admin-Only or full catalog representation?

Admin-Only means HEVI administers and you keep 100% of owner equity. Full Catalog Representation is a separate choice you file only when you want that scope. Neither choice is a placement, a recoupment, or a return.

Section 14

Section 14 is the shield on a submission. You indemnify the desk for a right you do not hold. You also agree not to take the catalog to train a model. A public page is not consent to train.

Free stabilizing limits

While ingestion is stabilizing, the free tier is capped. 1 conditional priority recoupment tier per artist per contract. 10 free contracts per entity. 1,000 free contracts globally. Caps can change. They are not a grant of rights.
